Training is at Morriston RFC on Thursday.

The match is on Friday night away at caerphilly RFC.

Match v Rhumney Valley (a) Friday 14th October

The match against Rhumney Valley is 7pm kick off at Caerphilly RFC on Friday 14th October.

The bus will leave at 4.30pm from St Helens and 4.45pm Birchgrove roundabout.

The team will be announced at training on Thursday night.

Pembroke game

On a dreadful night for rugby, our boys stuck to their task and succumbed to some late pressure into the wind in the second half.

Well done to Pembroke.

We have lots to work on, but also lots of willingness to improve.
