With the game on Friday, we will train with the WHOLE squad on Wednesday night at Penclawdd RFC with Dunvant U15s to give us some opposition in set pieces and back plays.

There is no changing facility there.

The post-code for Mount Severn is SY18 6PQ - but NOTE - after Rayader when you get to the roundabout some Satnavs try to make you turn left into Llangurig - DO NOT DO THIS at it takes you along an extremely narrow and windy road.  Instead turn Rightd at the roundabout and this will take you to Llanidloes!  Any problems call the centre on 01686 412344.
